Wayne grew up under the fast food philosophy of Ray Kroc and employs that wisdom daily. His 28-year career under the golden arches includes 13 years in corporate operations, franchising, construction, real estate, purchasing, personnel and marketing, plus 15 years as an award-winning McDonald's franchisee. Wayne also served as president of Forward Wisconsin (the State's marketing arm), and on the Governor's cabinet. Add to that nine years as President of Glowac, Harris, Madison, Inc.

Wayne is known to tell terrible jokes from time to time. His employees always laugh obediently. He's also a big fan of something his mentor, Ray Kroc, used to say: "When you're green, you're growing; when you're ripe, you rot." Wayne aims to be forever green. We know his jokes always will be.
